Bungee fitness is a high cardio, low-impact workout option for all shapes and sizes.
Bungee workouts tone almost every muscle in your body and focuses on your core strength. The bungee cord is attached to a harness around the hips allowing you to move freely and perform athletic moves otherwise physically unattainable.

Yes! We have several instructors who are certified in SHiNE ™️ Dance Fitness, SHiNE Light, Country Cardio Line Dancing, and also offer Fit Boots Rebounding Classes. Look for the opportunities on our Classes page.
While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 80 percent, we still offer high energy! If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a wavier and health questionnaire. Each client is then privately weighed and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for the workout. Be sure and eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come (or when you arrive). You will also want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, and good workout shoes-running shoes NOT recommended- Shoes with a side to side bottom or pivot point work best! If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers, Longer bike shorts are ok but do not recommend short shorts. We also provide additional foam padding for optimal comfort. As with any workout, jewelry should be removed prior to class. Large earrings risk interfering with the bungee.
Prepare to get sweaty! Bring water and a sweat towel. (Tip: Black clothing will hide sweat best.) Don't be late! The doors lock at class time. Once our Flight Crew is in their harnesses, they will not be able to stop the warm-up to take in late arrivals.

ALL REFUNDS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT WILL BE DONE IN THE FORM OF STUDIO CREDIT or Punch Credit. NO CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS. Cancelling 24 hours or less before a class is considered a Late Cancel. You will lose a punch. A No Show will result in a loss of a bungee punch. We have 11 spots per bungee class if you No Show then we cannot fill that spot and someone loses out on attending that class.

Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled lesson time otherwise the payment for that lesson will be forfeited. No refunds are given for Private Parties b deposits.
Blue Rocket Bungee Fitness reserves the right to Cancel a class if it does not meet Minimum class attendance or if there are no signups for that class. Book your classes in advance to avoid a class cancellation. Morning classes will cancel 12 hours before if there are no sign ups. Afternoon/evening classes will cancel 4 hours before if no sign ups.
Yes. Restrictions are set in place to ensure the safety and success of the participant. DO NOT participate if:
• You are not within the weight threshold of 90 to 300 lbs.
• You are pregnant or think you might be pregnant
• You’ve had recent surgery and haven’t been cleared by your doctor to exercise
• You have current injuries and haven’t been cleared by our doctor to exercise
• You have chronic neck or back conditions and haven’t been cleared by your doctor to exercise
• You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Ages 13-18 can participate only with parent/guardian present or participating in regular classes
• Ages 10-12 can attend a private class with parent/guardian participating. Weight limit still required
Bungee stations are tailored to the individual and the set-up process takes time. Please arrive 15 minutes early, to help ensure class starts on time. DO NOT BE LATE as our doors lock once class has started. We do this while class is in session, to avoid risking injury to themselves or our class participants. Out of respect to those in the class, we will not stop a session to accommodate late-comers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Yes. All participants must review, fill out and sign our health questionnaire and liability waiver before they will be allowed to participate in class.
Blue Rocket Bungee Fitness does not have set business hours. All participants must book online before attending class. You can find our schedule and book a class through the Push Press app by searching Blue Rocket Bungee Fitness.
If a class is cancelled it will be due to minimum class size not reached, inclement weather, emergency, or personal emergency. Clients will receive notifications via email or text and will get your class back.
